Programming Scheduler
Miami, FL | Full Time Summary Essential Functions • Update schedules to reflect programming changes, special events, and operational requirements. • Build and maintain accurate program logs and schedules with close attention to detail. • Verify schedules align with programming plans, contractual obligations, and timing requirements. • Implement schedule changes in response to live events, breaking news, or other operational needs. • Coordinate with programming, marketing, advertising, production, traffic, and operations teams to ensure schedules are accurate and executable. • Maintain programming metadata, including episode information, rights windows, and content restrictions. • Ensure consistency and accuracy across scheduling systems, media asset management tools, and distribution platforms. • Monitor schedules for conflicts or discrepancies and work with appropriate teams to resolve issues. • Assist with routine reporting and documentation related to scheduling activities.
The Programming Scheduler is responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating program schedules for FAST channels and streaming platforms. This role supports the accurate placement of content to ensure schedules align with programming plans, operational requirements, and business objectives. The Programming Scheduler works closely with editorial, operations, and cross-functional teams to help ensure content is delivered accurately and on time.
• Create and maintain short- and medium-term programming schedules for FAST channels and streaming platforms.
Required Education and Experience • Solid understanding of programming schedules, broadcast or streaming operations, and content workflows. • Experience working with scheduling, traffic, or media management systems is preferred. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in programming, scheduling, media operations, or broadcast/streaming environments.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a Full Time position. Actual schedule and hours may vary.

Reports directly to VP Stream Plat & Dig Prog
