Job Title: Royalty Supervisor

Your Role
The Business Management team in Encino is hiring the next Royalty Supervisor to join our dynamic group of accounting professionals. The ideal candidate has a keen interest in the music industry and is eager to develop their accounting acumen. Responsible for all areas of royalty administration, including, but not limited to publishing administration, record label administration, licensing, copyright registration and royalty statement analysis, and the supervision of staff.

Education / Experience
Minimum of 5 years of music royalties experience required, with 2 years of supervisory experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business required
Royalty audit experience a plus
Physical Demands And Work Environment
Salary Range: The salary range for this role is 75,000 - $105,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
