Sr. Director, Social Marketing Operations
Role Overview
The Sr Director, Social Marketing Operations is responsible for designing and leading the operational systems that power the Social organization. This role ensures workflows, tools, and resourcing models are structured to support efficient, scalable creative output.
What You Own
Workflow & Systems Design
● Designs and optimizes production and delivery workflows
● Establishes standards for briefing, routing, tracking, and delivery
● Owns operational use of tools (Airtable and related systems)
Operational Oversight
● Oversees project load balancing and resourcing alignment
● Oversees budget and team staffing operations
● Partners with SVP, Social Media to align priorities with team capacity
● Identifies and resolves systemic bottlenecks
Team Leadership
● Leads and develops Project Managers
● Ensures process consistency across brands and verticals
● Drives operational rigor and accountability
