The Sr. Streaming Experience Specialist supports QVC and HSN, and The Senior Streaming Experience Specialist plays a key role in QVC US's Streaming Programming team, independently managing and optimizing a high volume of VOD and original streaming content, including licensed assets. This role reports to our Sr. Manager of Streaming Experience, and leads the end-to-end process for original series, curates on-platform content, ensures music licensing compliance, and maintains metadata accuracy for discoverability. Acting as a strategic partner and primary liaison across internal teams and external vendors, the Specialist also mentors team members and educates cross-functional partners, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. This position is central to QVC's growth strategy and reflects our commitment to agile, innovative, and results-driven leadership.

- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our NY or PA offices several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA. NY, NJ, DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
- Independently manage and optimize a high volume of VOD and original streaming content, including high-profile licensed assets.
- Lead the end-to-end process for original series, from content delivery and quality assurance to programming and platform placement
- Curate and update on-platform real estate, ensuring the most relevant and engaging content is showcased to customers.
- Serve as the primary liaison with internal teams and external partners, building strong relationships to support seamless content delivery and innovation.
- Mentor and coach team members while educating cross-functional partners on streaming best practices, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Maintain accurate metadata and align with external guidelines to maximize content discoverability.
- Oversee music licensing reporting and ensure full compliance with ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, and other industry requirements.
- 5+ years of directly related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
- Advanced knowledge of streaming programming, content management systems, and metadata standards.
- Expertise in content curation and optimization for digital platforms.
- Familiarity with music licensing and reporting requirements (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC.
- Experience with streaming technology platforms and best practices for content discoverability.
