About the Role:
The A List is seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative Showroom Office Manager to support day-to-day office operations, management, and showroom upkeep. The role will include daily maintenance of business operations which will include but are not limited to managing client spaces and backstock, support internal operations and assist with on-site event and production needs. Roles + Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall Showroom maintenance, cleaning, supplies and daily operations
Office/Showroom Operations:
- Maintain compliance with building and safety standards (fire extinguishers, emergency access, general upkeep)
- Serve as point of contact for building management, maintenance vendors, and service providers
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and preventative upkeep of the space
- Monitor and maintain the facility’s inventory of maintenance supplies and client’s products and report any shortages or needs to supervisor
- Provide support on all showroom admin as needed
- Manage office supplies, kitchen, and shared spaces to ensure they are consistently stocked and organized
- Handle deliveries, mail, and overall office logistics
- Heavy unpacking merchandising and assemble gifting packages
- Steam, fold and set Showroom floor according to client merchandising guidelines
- Support on celebrity and digital influencer seedings/giftings including (and not limited to) updating client status reports, placing orders for products, maintaining spreadsheets, organizing shipping and receiving, tracking talent placements, keeping inventory, etc.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in office management, facilities, showroom, or similar operational role
- Ability to make independent decisions on a daily basis, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks
- Organization, prioritization and problem solving are the core elements of this position's responsibilities. You must know how to keep yourself and others organized and how to prioritize tasks.
- Comfortable with hands-on tasks (Rearranging, moving, setting up spaces as needed)
- Must collaborate with other administrators and support personnel, management and clients on a regular basis
- Must possess strong writing skills and be proficient in a variety of styles, from creative to professional to technical to education and more
- Knowledge of Google Suite, Canva, and Powerpoint
- Must have valid diverse license and transportation
