The Gold Studios is hiring a Showrunner (Creator-Led Content )to lead the creative and production process for our original and branded digital and live-stream shows. This role combines showrunning, talent management, and production oversight with the ability to identify, source, and collaborate with top creators and on-screen personalities.

You’ll be responsible for guiding multiple shows from concept to execution — shaping creative direction, managing casts, overseeing production teams, and ensuring each series delivers high-quality, engaging content. You’ll play a key role in building formats, booking guests, and maintaining strong relationships with creators and brand partners.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, creator-driven environments and understands the balance between strong creative storytelling, organized production, and smart talent casting.

• Act as showrunner and lead creative across multiple digital and live-streamed series.
• Oversee all stages of production — from development and pre-production planning to live execution and post-production delivery.
• Source and recruit creators, hosts, and guests across culture, lifestyle, gaming, and entertainment spaces.
• Build and maintain relationships with talent, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication across all stages of production.
• Work closely with producers, editors, and marketing teams to shape episode formats, rundowns, and content hooks.
• Supervise on-set and live productions, ensuring shoots and streams run on schedule, within budget, and meet brand and creative goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to manage talent contracts, deliverables, and sponsorship integrations.
• Stay current on digital trends, creator culture, and audience behaviors to inform new show ideas and programming strategies.
• Support branded content executions and partnerships in coordination with internal teams.
• Maintain production calendars, budgets, and progress reports across all assigned shows.
  

• 3+ years of experience in digital media, production, or creator-led content.
• Proven track record in showrunning or producing creator-led or live-stream video series (YouTube, Twitch, or similar platforms).
• Strong understanding of digital creators, influencer culture, and online audience engagement.
• Skilled in talent sourcing, casting, and relationship management with creators, influencers, and on-camera talent.
• Comfortable managing multiple productions simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills — able to align creative, production, and partner teams.
• Deep familiarity with the YouTube ecosystem, live streaming, and emerging creator platforms.
