Mundial Partners is an experiential marketing agency and creative venture studio building original IP and premium experiences at the intersection of sport, culture, and entertainment.
We help the world's leading brands and sports properties connect with audiences in ways that feel culturally relevant, highly shareable, and genuinely worth showing up for. Our work brings together the universal languages of sport, food, fashion, music, and art to create experiences that put brands at the center of the moments people actually want to be part of.
Our work spans strategy, creative, partnerships, experiential production, and original IP. We have developed and produced experiences for brands and organizations including Manchester City, Equinox, CAVA, BOSS, adidas, PUMA, Juventus, Inter Milan, Profound, and more.
Alongside our client work, we build and own our own cultural platforms. Fashion Meets Football brings together fashion, football, music, and entertainment around moments including Fashion Week, Art Basel, and the World Cup. Flavors of the Game sits at the intersection of food and sport, pairing athletes and legendary figures from the world of sport with chefs and creators to build premium, highly shareable experiences around the biggest sporting moments in the calendar.
From intimate dinners and hospitality experiences to full-scale cultural weekends and original event series, our formats are designed to give brands more than visibility. They create access, relationships, content, and cultural relevance.
Founded in 2024, Mundial Partners has quickly built a portfolio spanning some of the world's most recognizable brands, sports properties, athletes, creators, chefs, designers, and cultural tastemakers. As the U.S. enters one of the most significant periods for sport and culture in recent history, we are building Mundial Partners to be the company that helps brands show up at the intersection of both.
We are looking for a Social Media / Content Intern who lives on these platforms and can prove it.
The day to day is designing graphics, editing short form videos, writing captions, scheduling posts, and reporting back on what performed. What you make goes live on real accounts in front of athletes, creators and brand leaders.
The part we care about most is instinct. We want someone who catches a sound or a format early, before it is on every account. Someone who watches a video that did well and can name the reason it worked, whether that is the first two seconds, the crop, the caption or the cut. Someone who will tell us a post is not going to land before we publish it.
Details matter here more than people expect. A logo placed slightly wrong, a name spelled wrong in a caption, a story frame that covers a face. Our clients notice all of it, so we need someone who notices it first.
You will also shoot and edit at our events when the timing works out. Some of our best content is unplanned and comes from whoever is paying attention in the room.
Although this is an unpaid position, you will be working alongside some of the best professionals in the industry, gaining priceless experience and being tapped into an incredibly strong network of athletes, influencers, and creators.
This internship is designed to smoothly transition into a full-time paid position with Mundial Partners... even if you're still in school when the internship ends.
Our team is distributed across NYC, Miami and Philadelphia. This position is listed as remote with the potential to come into the office once or twice per week in NYC or Philadelphia.
