About the Role:

Bussin' With The Boys is looking for a football sicko. Not a fan. A SICKO. Someone who lives, sleeps, and breathes the game, who can rattle off snap counts and target shares from memory, and who already knows what every storyline is going to be next Saturday or Sunday before the games even kick off.

This is a social media role at its core. You'll be covering games live, creating football content that hits, and turning every wild moment of the CFB/NFL week into something our audience can't scroll past. You know the stats, you know the narratives, you know the ins and outs of every matchup, and you know how to translate all of it into content that football Twitter and the BWTB community actually want.

Because you're so dialed in, you'll also be part of our football recap shows and our gambling shows (The Locker Room NFL/CFB), helping with pre-production: angles, stats, storylines, and the stuff that makes our shows feel like they're made by people who actually watch the games. (Spoiler: that's because they will be.)

We're not hiring off a resume. We're hiring off proof you love this game more than the next person and can showcase that on social media. Bring it.

What you'll own

  • Cover football games live on social, in real time, all season
  • Create football content that lands: clips, graphics, takes, reactions
  • Track stats, storylines, and matchups across the entire league each week
  • Feed pre-production for our football recap shows and The Locker Room
  • Spot the moments worth posting before anyone else does

What you bring

  • Real experience producing social content covering football
  • A genuine, borderline-unhealthy obsession with football (BOTH CFB and NFL)
  • Deep command of stats, betting, and the weekly narratives around the league
  • A sharp instinct for what makes the internet move
  • The ability to turn a live game into content in real time, under pressure
  • A creator's brain for packaging, hooks, and reach
  • Intentional. Creative. Flat-out killer.
