Sponsorship Coordinator

Forever Wildland FestCalifornia, United StatesPosted

Job Description

Forever Wildland Festival is currently seeking Sponsorship Coordinators to help grow one of the fastest-growing independent punk/hardcore festival projects on the West Coast.

Forever Wildland Fest is a multi-city DIY music festival rooted in punk, hardcore, and independent culture, built by wildland firefighters and creatives from within the scene. This year’s festival takes place November 6–7 in Los Angeles and November 14 in San Francisco, with a portion of proceeds supporting Grassroots Wildland Firefighters.

We are currently about five months out from the event and moving aggressively into sponsorship, partnership, and collaboration outreach. We’re looking for highly motivated individuals who are excited about independent music culture, relationship building, and helping scale a growing festival from the ground up.

This is currently a commission-based role, with compensation tied directly to sponsorships and partnerships secured. However, our long-term goal is to continue growing the festival year after year and transition key team members from commission-based roles into salaried positions as the company expands.

Responsibilities Include:

• Sponsorship and partnership outreach

• Building and maintaining brand relationships

• Researching and identifying aligned companies and collaborators

• Following up with leads and maintaining outreach organization

• Assisting with long-term partnership growth for the festival

Ideal Candidates:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

• Interested in music, live events, grassroots culture, or brand partnerships

• Experience in sales, partnerships, events, music, media, or marketing is a plus, but not required

• Organized, proactive, and excited to help build something long term

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow alongside an independent festival and become part of a developing creative team from the early stages forward.
