Job Overview Responsible for supporting the Wasserman Creative & Content Accounting team in their efforts to accomplish the company’s goals and objectives by providing accounting and financial support. This includes generating customer invoices, reviewing and analyzing customer contracts, processing supplier invoices, preparing journal entries, preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations, setting up and activating projects, supporting with customer invoicing reconciliations, and any other ad hoc support as needed.

This includes generating customer invoices, reviewing and analyzing customer contracts, processing supplier invoices, preparing journal entries, preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations, setting up and activating projects, supporting with customer invoicing reconciliations, and any other ad hoc support as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner
- Process and verify supplier/vendor invoices for payment
- Partner with Creative and Content teams to track invoice and payment status, resolving discrepancies as needed
- Review client Statements of Work (SOWs) and validate/approve related Salesforce records
- Prepare and post journal entries with proper supporting documentation
- Assist with month-end close activities, including account analysis and reporting support
- Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations
- Set up and activate internal project codes to ensure accurate cost tracking
- Support customer invoice reconciliations by compiling expense documentation and vendor invoice backup
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and accountability
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage a high volume of transactional work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines General familiarity with main systems used: Workday, Salesforce, Excel, and Google Worksheets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced marketing agency environment and provide quality internal and external accounting support to our team and clients
