Job Description
Brigade is hiring a Talent Manager in New York or Los Angeles.
This role will manage and grow a portfolio of clients across fashion, media, and entertainment. You’ll lead deal flow, negotiations, and long-term career strategy while serving as the primary day-to-day partner to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a roster of clients, owning relationships end to end
- Source and sign new talent
- Lead deal flow from pitch through execution, including negotiations and contract review
- Build and execute career strategy across partnerships, media, and emerging opportunities
- Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, from ideation through delivery
- Maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and buyers
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in talent management, representation, or a related field
- Strong understanding of fashion, media, and entertainment
- Experience negotiating deals and managing client relationships directly
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who can work independently and think strategically about building talent over time
Compensation & Details:
- $80,000–$100,000 base + commission-based bonus
