TINGE was born from a simple observation: the body category was being overlooked. while facial beauty boomed with innovation, representation, and high-quality ingredients, body products were stuck in the past—limited shade ranges, harsh formulas, and one-size-fits-none solutions. we set out to change that.
our journey began with the creation of our innovative water and transfer-resistant body tint, designed for all skin tones. since then, we have developed a brand based on a new philosophy: why should well-rounded routines and thoughtful ingredients be confined to the neck up?
your body deserves the same level of care and variety. our ingredient-forward approach means we’re just as focused on what goes into our products as how they perform on real skin, in real life. because skin concerns don’t stop at your jawline, so your skin care shouldn’t either.
today, TINGE is reimagining what the body category can be: inclusive, intentional, and impossible to ignore.
about the tiktok role:
- part-time (10-15 hours/week), 5 months, beginning january, ending january 17
- unpaid, experiential internship for college credit
- own the TINGE tiktok account with a focus on short-form video creation and optimization
- create engaging, on-brand video content for tiktok (product, educational, trend-based, and storytelling formats)
- stay on top of tiktok trends, sounds, formats, and creator best practices
- optimize video content for performance, including hooks, captions, hashtags, and posting cadence
- analyze content performance and apply learnings to future videos
- engage with the TINGE community on tiktok through comments, replies, and platform-native interactions
- identify, research, and engage potential tiktok affiliate and creator partners aligned with the TINGE brand
- take on special assigned projects
you’re a dream candidate if:
- you are a junior or senior level college student with digital experience
- you live for tiktok and love creating video content
- you keep ahead of the digital curve and enjoy emerging social platforms + trends
- you have a serious love for our brand and will go the extra mile as we grow
- you are a self-starter and are known to take initiative and problem solve
- you have experience in digital and social media strategy
- bonus: you have a strong track record in creating video content that sticks
