The Workplace Experience Specialist drives optimized workplace operations, ensuring service quality, operational stability, and an elevated employee experience. You will report to the Workplace Experience Manager and work fully onsite.

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.

Responsibilities
You will ensure adherence to operational standards, service quality and expected outcomes of the Del Rey site
- You will oversee vendor performance against service levels
- Coordinate workplace services and vendor activities including janitorial, maintenance, food service, repairs, furniture, and office amenities
- You will support invoice and budget tracking, and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings
- You will manage employee experience programs including onsite activations, hospitality services and site communications
- Contribute to Workplace Experience projects, coordinating operational changes such as moves, refurbishments, and new service rollouts
- Partner cross-functionally with IT, Security, PP and Studio teams to support operational and project-related programs
- Maintain workplace standard operating procedures, operational records, space planning tool, and workplace documentation
- 3+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities coordination, office management, hospitality, or related environments
- Experience managing vendors, supporting workplace projects, and coordinating operational projects
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and accomplishing activations from concept to completion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Operational Ownership: Takes ownership of outcomes and ensures quality-focused execution and accountability
- Collaboration: Builds relationships with partners and team members to deliver shared goals
- Process Optimization: Identifies opportunities to improve and standardize workflows for greater clarity and efficiency
- Vendor Performance Oversight: Oversees external vendor relationships to ensure delivery against agreed goals, service levels, and quality expectations, while fostering collaborative and productive partnerships
