We are a Staffing Agency looking for an experienced Account Manager / Bookkeeper for our client an Entertainment Business Management Firm. This role is an in-person role. All candidates must be local to Los Angeles. All candidates must have previous Bookkeeping experience either at a Business Management firm, CPA firm, or other Financial Institution.

Duties included but not limited to:

A/P, A/R, and Bookkeeping
Oversee all financial aspects of accounts
Comfortable with communicating / interacting with clients, client representation and staff members
Monthly financial statement preparation, budgeting, review and analysis
Prepare for and attend client meetings
Bank deposits, account set up, and reconciliations
Account statement preparation / invoicing
Individual & Corporate tax projections
Manage insurance and tax issues
Day-to-day review / tracking of client real estate transactions loans, rates, mortgages, lines of credit, and credit cards
Review and analysis of credit card transactions
Assist with large purchases, both business and personal
Preparation of medical and insurance forms
Year-end tax form preparation
Year-end report preparation
Ability to research client issues and update Business Manager accordingly
Special projects and other duties as needed

Skills and Qualifications include:

Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Must have experience as an Account Manager / Bookkeeper or relevant CPA industry experience
Able to prioritize, change priorities as needed, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environments
PC/MAC MS Office: Microsoft Excel / Outlook. Advanced Excel skills are A+
QuickBooks
Payroll service / tax deposit experience
Tech-savvy
Able to multi-task
Detail oriented, accurate, and have a take charge personality
No job too small or too big mentality
Stable work history
Excellent references

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 DOE + benefits
