Job Summary

The Green Bay Packers Broadcast & Game Presentation Department has an immediate opening for a part-time Broadcast and Game Presentation Associate, 20-29 hours per week. The associate will work with the team to assist with the preseason broadcast coordination, coordinate the radio broadcast paperwork, and manage the department’s administrative needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage department administrative needs.
• Assist with radio broadcast administrative needs.
• Assist with pre-season TV broadcast administrative needs.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Must possess a Associates or Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least three to five years of experience in a corporate setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Comfortable working on multiple projects at one time with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external customers.
• Work well in a team setting as well as on their own with minimal supervision.
  
  

Physical Demands And Work Environment

• Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time throughout the day.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to reach, stoop, and lift on a frequent basis.
• Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
• Operates in a professional office environment.
• Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
