Job Description
Staffing agency seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Manager for our client a Top Commerical Agency. This is an in person, in office position. Candidates must be local to Los Angeles and have prior bookkeeping experience in the entertainment business.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Bookkeeping
- Invoicing
- Talent Payments
- Commissions
- Deal Memos
- A/P and A/R
- Preparing weekly/monthly reports
- Reviewing cash flow statements and other client reports
- Administrative duties
- Office management
- HR duties
- Payroll timecard review
- Client communications
- Additional tasks and special projects as needed
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred
- MUST have Bookkeeping experience- Entertainment experience is required.
- Must have excellent computer skills PC/MAC including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel, QuickBooks is A+
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Must be detail oriented and have a high level of accuracy
- Able to multitask and switch priorities as needed
- Must be enthusiastic
- Must have stable work history and excellent references
Salary: $60K to $70K per year DOE with benefits
