We’re hiring a dynamic, detail-obsessed Personal Assistant to support a Grammy and Emmy-nominated artist who is also building a cutting-edge media technology company. This is a highly immersive role supporting both creative and entrepreneurial efforts — you’ll be helping someone who operates across music, tech, and impact, with a fast-paced lifestyle to match.

🔍 About the Role

This is not your average PA role. You’ll be embedded in both personal and professional logistics, helping our founder stay focused, healthy, and organized as he balances touring, tech builds, partnerships, and social impact work. You’ll work closely alongside his Executive Assistant, who leads overall strategy and coordination. Your job is to keep the day-to-day moving so the bigger picture can stay on track.

The ideal candidate is Type A, fast-moving, deeply reliable, and thrives in a startup-meets-celebrity environment.

🧩 Responsibilities

• Manage personal appointments, including doctors and household logistics

• Personal travel coordination — flights, hotels, car service, and on-the-ground details

• Proactively solve problems, anticipate needs, and fill gaps without being asked

• Help track life logistics like health insurance, paperwork, errands, packages, and schedules

• Be on-site or available as needed 

• Occasionally assist with tech or creative studio workflows (e.g. artist kits, gear pickups, project tracking)

• Collaborate closely with the Executive Assistant to align priorities and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
