About Us

Ambient Vibes Music (AVM) is a full-service artist services company and music production collective dedicated to empowering independent artists through strategy, sound, and storytelling. From music production and release planning to marketing and visual identity, we help artists bring their creative vision to life.

We are currently seeking a Freelance Branding & Graphic Designer to support visual projects across social media, artist campaigns, and branded assets for both AVM and our roster of talent.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual branding for AVM projects, talent shows, releases, and events
• Design digital assets including social media graphics, flyers, promotional content, pitch decks, and merch mockups
• Translate artist visions into cohesive branding that reflects their genre and identity
• Create and refine logos, brand kits, and typography guidelines
• Deliver final files in appropriate formats (PNG, PSD, AI, etc.) and meet key deadlines
• Collaborate with our marketing, events, and artist teams on project timelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with an emphasis on branding or entertainment/media design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools
• Strong visual portfolio demonstrating branding, typography, and layout expertise
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to turn feedback into polished work
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Ability to interpret artist mood boards and genre-specific design styles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with music artists, labels, or cultural brands
• Familiarity with animation or video editing tools (Adobe After Effects, Canva Pro, CapCut)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• Understanding of current design trends in music, fashion, and culture
