Fan Space Associate (Part-time)

Role
This position will work directly as part of our Fan Space Team and collaborate closely with Marketing to support in driving marketing strategies for our Fan Space, in addition to supporting various aspects of our Fan Space Team’s needs. The individual in this role is expected to have both experience in and passion for K-pop, customer service/retail, and social media.
Responsibilities:
Community/Customer Service

Work directly with our Fan Space Team to create a welcoming and exciting experience in our LA Space.

Build relationships and positive rapport with the K-pop community
Retail
-
Track and Report Daily Sales and Activity in the space

Handle Money and Sales using Shopify POS
-
Communicate efficiently with both fellow Teammates and Customers

Uphold Performance Standards in any Scale of Crowd
Merchandising

Restock and maintain floor inventory
Events
-
Assist in Creative Tasks
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or higher
-
Experience working with Excel and/or Google Suites

A genuine interest in K-pop music and content
-
1-2 Years Experience in K-pop Events (Planning or Participating)

1-2 Years of Experience in Retail

Excellent communicator and quick, creative thinker with the ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.

Ability to respectfully and efficiently work with a team of 10+ to create a welcoming and exciting environment for K-pop
Location
On site at hello82 LA office/retail space in Los Angeles
Work Hours
Between 10:30AM - 7:30PM ET
