Amazon's Strategic Storytelling Unit within the Sellers External Relations team seeks a Senior Video Producer to lead our creative initiatives. This role combines the artistry of storytelling with the precision of production management, drawing from deep experience in marketing, advertising, television, film, and documentary creation. The ideal producer will spearhead our brand storytelling efforts across social platforms, with particular focus on TikTok and YouTube content creation. We need an innovator who excels at scale production while maintaining creative excellence. This includes developing robust production workflows, creating clear documentation, managing external production partnerships, and overseeing budgets and legal processes from project inception to final delivery. Our Senior Producer must bring proven expertise in non-fiction storytelling across both production and post-production environments. The role demands technical mastery of video, photo and audio production, combined with the ability to support quality control, provide creative guidance, and occasionally contribute to field production. A demonstrated portfolio of creative work is essential to showcase your capabilities. Success in this position requires more than technical prowess. You will build and nurture client relationships, managing expectations throughout project lifecycles. Your role includes mentoring and supporting our creative team, while ensuring projects meet stakeholder expectations and budget targets. You will balance the dual demands of creative excellence and operational efficiency, maintaining Amazon's high standards across all deliverables. About the team

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. - Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote
- Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
- Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
- Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)
- Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
