Events Producer

BIG PICTURE:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Events Producer to join our team and lead the planning and execution of high-profile events that elevate the Dhar Mann, and Dhar Mann Studios brands. This role will focus on developing and producing events that engage the creator community, entertainment industry leaders, press, and brand partners. HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Developing and producing branded events that increase awareness and influence in the creator economy and entertainment industry
• Creating intimate networking moments, thought leadership salons, premieres, and buzz-worthy experiences for creators, talent, press, and marketers
• Partnering with internal teams to align event strategy with content launches, social media campaigns, and business development priorities
• Managing all aspects of event production, including ideation, venue selection, vendor coordination, guest list management, run-of-show, and post-event recaps
• Coordinating with PR, marketing, and social teams to ensure event amplification across platforms
• Acting as on-site lead and brand ambassador during events
• Building and nurturing relationships with creators, influencers, agencies, and brand partners to fuel future collaborations
• Managing budgets, timelines, contracts, and logistical details with precision

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• 4+ years experience producing high-impact events in entertainment, media, or creator-driven environments
• Track record of executing both intimate and large-scale experiences that drive earned media and business outcomes
• Exceptional project management skills, including budgeting, timeline creation, and vendor oversight
• Confident communicator with experience handling press, talent, creators, and senior stakeholders
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly in live event scenarios
• Deep knowledge of social platforms, creator culture, and entertainment trends
• Collaborative mindset and high EQ
