Job Summary:

Ready to make magic? We’re hiring for our undergraduate placement scheme.

We have a very exciting opportunity to be part of the Disney Destinations International (DDI) team. During the 11-month placement you will support the teams across the UK and Ireland across the below brands, to achieve the attendance, room rights and revenue goals:

  • Disneyland Paris (DLP)

  • Walt Disney World (WDW)

  • Disney Cruise Line (DCL)

You will help deliver tasks for both internal stakeholders and external partners, adapting a cohesive approach to promoting the brand portfolio of DDI.

During the 11-month internship your areas of responsibility will be in the following remits:

Trade Events and Marketing

  • Working in collaboration with brand strategy managers for DLP, WDW, DCL and central teams to implement key messaging and customer insights across partner marketing and presentations.

  • Assist with the coordination of marketing activities across the UK & Ireland.

  • Partnering with the Trade Engagement and Events (TEE) team to champion all creative needs to deliver industry-leading Disney events, training, assets and trade engagement.

External Trade Partner Management

  • Assist with briefs for marketing projects and be the key contact with creative agencies and external suppliers.

  • Supporting with the approval of marketing collateral in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Undertaking website audits to ensure marketing and sales content is promoted correctly.

Team Responsibilities

  • Monitoring, tracking and purchasing budgets in conjunction with managers.

  • Updating and maintaining the asset library with relevant images, copy and creative required across the UK and Ireland.

  • Assisting with updates for training platforms and managing the communication calendars.

  • Manage ad hoc requests and projects as they arise during the internship.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.

Eligibility

  • Must be a second-year undergraduate student on an industrial placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2026

  • Must have the right to work in the UK already in place

  • Available to start working full time from the 26th August 2025

  • Interested in the area you are applying for; whether this is through your studies, experiences, extracurricular activities or a general interest

  • A strong curiosity for marketing in the Disney Parks and Resorts remit

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure

  • Ability to connect with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner

  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva and Adobe packages
