Role Summary:

Mammoth Distribution is a leading cannabis company seeking a Director of Digital to drive digital communication and online strategy. This role will be responsible for optimizing digital channels, enhancing customer experiences, and boosting revenue through data-driven strategies. In addition, this role leads the charge to deliver seamless online experiences, aligning with our mission for top-shelf cannabis and exceptional service.

Key Deliverables:

  • Execute digital and eCommerce strategies to grow revenue and customer loyalty across websites, social media, email lists, online platforms, etc.
  • Optimize customer journeys, improving UX, conversion rates, and AOV via SEO, SEM, paid media, and email/text campaigns.
  • Build dashboards to track KPIs sharing insights with leadership.
  • Implement automation and eCommerce tools (e.g., Shopify) to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and sales to ensure cohesive brand campaigns.
  • Manage vendor relationships and budgets to maximize ROI.

Key Indicators of Success:

  • Revenue Growth: Achieve year-over-year eCommerce revenue growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Increase traffic and retention.
  • Efficiency: Reduce campaign execution time.
  • Innovation: Launch digital initiatives that drive measurable growth.

Knowledge/Experience:

  • 6+ years in digital marketing/eCommerce, driving D2C revenue growth.
  • 2+ years leading teams, with expertise in Shopify, SEO, SEM, CRO, and analytics.
  • Cannabis or CPG experience preferred; passion for the industry required.
  • Strong data analysis and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Clear vision, hearing, and speech for communication.
  • Able to work at a computer/phone for 8+ hours daily.
  • Able and comfortable working on-site in varied environments.
  • Can lift up to 20 lbs. and adapt to occasional travel/fieldwork.
