Position Summary:

The Art director will be responsible for completing assigned design projects from conceptualization through final production. The designs they create should be visually engaging that support marketing initiatives and product launches. They will collaborate with cross-functional team members to create compelling graphics that resonate with the audience and effectively convey the brand message and have an understanding of FDA guidance and standards for healthcare brand design.


  • Create design concepts that reflect and understanding of project objectives and brand strategy
  • Be responsible for completing assigned design projects within timeline and budget
  • Work closely with cross functional team members to ensure that project objectives are met
  • Develop deep knowledge of assigned clients branding requirements
  • Maintain a high-quality product by being accountable to the accuracy of their work, minimal mistakes, follows direction well
  • Understand industry restrictions
  • Prioritize, manage and execute multi-piece project deliverables to meet associated deadlines
  • Stay up to date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience designing for healthcare clients, agency experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in digital and print design
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and XD, Sketch, & Figma
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple projects in a timely manner
  • Exceptional communication skills
