Although this person will float where needed, we are looking for someone who has a genuine passion and long-term interest for the literary or talent management side of our business. This position will be located in our New York office.

In this role you will:

Provide administrative support and coverage to different departments as needed
Cover desks for assistants when they are out of the office
Set up conference rooms for meetings
Sort incoming mail and send outgoing mail
Provide project analysis
Assisting with ad-hoc projects requested

Qualifications:

Agency or management experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
