What You will Do
Evangelize Horizon’s Spectrum agency partnership across the agency while ensuring that Spectrum pricing standards are upheld.
- Own the relationship with Spectrum’s sales team developing a cadence of open communication.
- Negotiate holistically with Spectrum from concept to completion, focusing on priorities of internal stakeholders (efficiencies, data access, research, added value, education)
- Evaluate investments across Horizon accounts to inform account teams where to consider Spectrum’s broad array of products*.
- Work cross-functionally with investment teams and partners to evangelize partnership and educate teams on partner capabilities.
- Co-develop marketing materials, supportive decks, POVs, and one-sheeters surrounding partnership.
- Serve as an internal advocate for HMI’s partnership approach.
- Partnership Management / External Support
- Function as liaison between partner leads and investment teams.
- Organize training, business reviews, office hours, and events on behalf of partners to promote internal engagement.
- Provide projections and investment tracking/reporting monthly to Spectrum sales team.
- Organize and aggregate investment projection trackers and delivered spend to track progress of partnerships throughout the year.
- Collaborate with investment teams to gather feedback on partners and identify areas of improvement.
- Work with Blu data team to ensure Spectrum Reach data is porting into Blu platform effectively.
- Work closely with Spectrum account teams to ensure pricing being utilized meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Audit rates ensuring best in agency rates are being used.
Manage pricing audits for large clients including Spectrum and FanDuel
- Analyze and audit media campaigns across various verticals (TV, Digital, Audio, etc.) to track achieved media pricing compared to promised media pricing
- Steward all necessary categorization and organization of all data validation elements
- Prepare data submission files for 3rd Party auditors, ensuring accuracy across all relevant requirements
- Ability to create reports that show in-progress performance against promised pricing metrics

Who You Are
- Experience in digital and/or video required (4–5-year experience)
- The ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration, but also capable of working independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills—Ability to think on your feet.
- Strong analytical skills- ability to analyze raw data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
- Strong work ethic and highly organized—diligent, thorough, and attentive to detail
- A self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple internal and external conversations simultaneously.
- Eager to learn, ask questions, and grow your career in media.
- A supporter of and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Passionate and curious about the evolving media space
- Has previous media planning/buying experience with and understanding of the digital and video landscapes.
- Comfortable participating in internal and external senior level meetings: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational / Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers.
- Extremely confident in managing details to multiple tasks and projects.
Certificates, licenses, and registrations
Bachelor’s Degree required.

Salary Range
$110,000.00 - $135,000.00
A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual’s skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role. As an organization, we take an aptitude and competency-based hiring approach.
