Job Description
The Lifestyle Producer helps develop content for a daily Lifestyle Program.
- Position prefers at least 2 years' experience producing for television preferably entertainment and commercial programming, as well as experience producing online content
- Experience with daytime health and lifestyle programming and commercial clients is desired.
- Familiarity with the ENPS computer system and video/website interfacing would be helpful.
- Requires flexible schedule
- Successful candidate will responsible for working with producers, talent, and Account Executives to produce interesting and entertainment segments, uploading content to websites and FTP sites, and dealing with outside clients.
- Knowledge of multiple aspects of television production is a must.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- Must be very organized, pay attention to detail and good at juggling many things at once.
- Must work well independently to get the job done
- Must be creative and work within deadlines
- Online producing experience is key to this job
- In studio and on-location shoots will take place and the producer must be able to oversee segment tapings, graphic requests, approvals, edits and final segment airings.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Minimum two years' experience producing for television preferably entertainment and commercial programming, as well as experience producing online content.
- Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment.
- Television editing is a bonus as well as social media postings as also required
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work any shift.
