Paramount’s MBA Leadership Rotation Program is a competitive two-year immersion program that will give MBA graduates the opportunity to work on the cutting edge of a rapidly evolving media landscape. Each participant will learn all aspects of our business through an audience and monetization track. This is a unique chance to create a real impact on one of the most influential media companies in the world! The goal is to groom the next wave of business leaders who can be retained within essential parts of the business at the program’s completion.
Program Benefits:
- Full time Director level staff position for two years, which includes competitive salary and benefits
- Four consecutive 6-month rotations through key business areas (Potential rotation areas include: Advertising Sales Operations, Brand Strategy, Business Operations, Corporate Development, Streaming, Strategic Planning, among others)
- Executive Mentor throughout the duration of the program
- Business, development, and leadership trainings
Requirements:
- Must be a 2nd year MBA student graduating by June 2024
- 3 - 5 years of related work experience prior to business school
- Strong technical acumen
- Demonstrated work or academic experience
- Be available for full-time employment from July 2024 - June 2026
- Be dedicated to pursuing a career in the evolving media industry
- Proper work authorization to be employed within the United States
Program Timeline*:
- Friday, November 10, 2023: Application opens
- Friday, December 15, 2023: Application deadline
- January 2024: First round pre-recorded virtual interviews
- February 2024: Second round interviews with business leaders
- March 2024: Interviewed candidates will be notified of their status
- July 2024: Paramount MBA Rotation Leadership Program begins

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $125,000.00 - 130,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
