ASSISTANT to TWO DIGITAL MANAGERS

Range is seeking an Assistant to support two managers in the Digital (Awareness Creation division), a who manage influencer and brand clients. The division represents some of the world’s leading influencers, collaborating with Fortune 500 brands to build strategic, multi-platform partnerships. The team develops and executes 360° strategies on behalf of influencers across various categories (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, food / bev) etc. and focuses on building sustainable careers for its influencer clients by providing tailored content strategies, securing brand partnerships and translating creative vision into scalable, culturally relevant business opportunities.


The ideal candidate is deeply engaged in digital culture - an active social media user, passionate about the creator marketplace and enthusiastic follower of emerging trends in entertainment and brand marketing. This role is well-suited for someone ambitious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow a long-term career in digital, branding and talent representation

The Assistant will provide high-level administrative support while also having opportunities to contribute meaningfully to the growth of the division through execution of brand campaigns, research, ideation, presentation development, and pitching initiatives.


Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel coordinator, and expense submissions

• Execute brand campaigns, manage timelines and payments

• Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and client engagements

• Interacting professionally with clients, executives, and external partners

• Conduct research on brands, consumer goods, creators, trends, and partnership opportunities

• Assist with creative ideation, decks, and pitch development


Qualifications & Skills

• Relevant professional experience, ideally in talent management, brand partnerships - agency or PR is desirable

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality

• Passion for digital media, social platforms, brand marketing, podcasts, and pop culture

• Resourceful problem-solver with strong research skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, etc.)

• Well-versed in emerging trends across entertainment, content, and culture

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field


As an employer in California, Range Media Partners adheres to the state's pay transparency laws. The base salary range for this position is between $21 and $23 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
