Support client solutions on account growth plans and identify areas of opportunity for up or cross sells  

 

Day to day responsibilities   

Managing all aspects of a project: scope, risk, schedule, cost, quality, and communication  

Ensuring that new work is correctly scoped and:  

Has a clear brief, project & resource plan and statement of work 

Is managed from conception to completion  

Is delivered on time, to cost and to quality targets  

Has accurate and up to date resource plans 

Has up to date project/milestone plans  

 

Ensuring quality and efficiency of delivery 

Ensuring that all changes are raised and charged over and above project agreements  

Tracking of cost burn to ensure margins are maintained 

Ensuring projects meet profitability targets  

Proactively identifying and solving issues  

Proactively identifying and mitigating risks 

Acting as a partner and advisor for the client solutions team 

Training of internal staff in the art of delivery solutions  

Collaborate with client solutions to meet customer satisfaction targets through maintaining/improving the quality of delivery to clients and acting as an expert consultant to the client in delivery matters (TRR) 

Ensuring that, where required, the correct suppliers & contract resources to deliver a project are identified, briefed, selected and that the appropriate agreements are put in place to ensure successful delivery 

 

Other responsibilities 

Takes responsibility for excellence within the delivery solutions discipline and takes responsibility for contributing to organisational success 

Demands a culture of respect and professionalism at all levels of the organisation 

Ensures that statements of work with both clients and third parties are written with the appropriate level of rigor and that risks are identified and mitigated. 

Is responsible for ensuring that resourcing needs across an account are identified  

Is an ambassador of iCrossing UK and its values.
