Mental Town Entertainment is seeking a highly connected B2B marketer to lead the implementation of our Business Ambassador Program, a newly developed initiative designed to help small businesses shine in the media spotlight. This is a fully remote, contract-based role with a commission structure of 5 – 10 % on every successful sale or partnership secured.
The program is built and ready—you’ll be responsible for putting it into motion.

At Mental Town, we serve as brand ambassadors for small businesses and brands by leveraging our influencers and film stars. You’ll be the person who brings this plan to life—identifying relevant SMEs, pitching the program, securing deals, and managing their onboarding and activation.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Roll out and facilitate Mental Town’s Business Ambassador Program
- Identify, pitch, and onboard small businesses (SMEs) across priority verticals (Retail, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Lifestyle Brands etc.) and regions (North America, West Africa, Europe, etc.)
- Manage SME partnerships and co-promotional campaigns with our influencers and film stars
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all B2B partner communications
- Collaborate with executive leadership on performance goals, program structure, and brand positioning
- Track and report on KPIs, including partner acquisition, deal conversion rates, and overall program ROI
✅ Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B marketing, sales, or partnership development
- Existing network of SMEs or direct access to business communities — ideally across lifestyle, hospitality, food & beverage and retail verticals in North America, West Africa and Europe
- Experience launching or facilitating ambassador, affiliate, or reseller-style programs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, creative industries, or entertainment is a strong plus
✅ Compensation
Commission-Only Contract Role (5 – 10 %)
You will earn a percentage of every sale or partnership you successfully secure through the Business Ambassador Program. The exact commission bracket (within 5 – 10 %) will be determined based on deal size and volume targets agreed upon at onboarding.
