Our client, the world’s leading entertainment streaming service, is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our client's UCAN Marketing Operations & Production team. This role involves overseeing title-level campaign production, creative operations, and project management across our client's UCAN Non-Fiction slate (Documentary Films and Series). The Marketing Operations and Production team serves as a center of excellence for creative operations, cross-functional project management, and marketing production, working closely with Marketing, Communications, and Product teams to connect our stories with millions of people.

This is an on-site 8-month contract, requiring in-office work in Los Angeles, CA, from Tuesday through Thursday. The hourly rate is $90 per hour, plus benefits through Talent Table. Candidates must not hold H1B Visa status or C2C.


The Role:

In this role, you will be a key cross-functional partner, responsible for managing the end-to-end project management of a campaign, production budgets for promotional assets, and partnering with creative, media, social, publicity, and other cross-functional teams. This means that you are nimble, solutions-oriented, entrepreneurial, and a creative operations expert. You thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires you to bridge competing priorities among global and local stakeholders — ensuring all assets are delivered on time and on budget.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a slate of titles by managing end-to-end campaign operational scope including: overseeing relevant budgets, creative development operational management, asset planning and production, and campaign fulfillment/delivery.
  • Budget and track spend for title marketing launches across the entire lifecycle of a campaign (from Creative Development to Delivery).
  • Define and manage milestones across an entire campaign lifecycle including: creative development timelines, executive review timing, stakeholder delivery deadlines, production due dates, and backout timings for asset rollouts (e.g., media deliveries, debuts)
  • Manage creative agency NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and onboarding as needed.
  • Track agency deliverables against the SOW and escalate to primary stakeholders any potential lock-date delays and budget overages.
  • Ensure time-sensitive bottlenecks are eliminated and advise on delivery and budget risks to enable the creation and production of high-quality creative at high velocity.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and dissemination of milestones, assets, and deliverables.
  • Partner with a team of operational producers responsible for managing finishing, localization, and trafficking of promotional materials (including AV, key art, out-of-home, digital, and social assets).
  • Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshoot creative development and production issues.
  • Use data to inform production best practices and eliminate inefficiencies across operational pipelines.


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of creative project management and creative production experience, preferably at an entertainment studio, network, or agency.
  • Proven track record of managing large cross-functional teams through successful marketing campaigns.
  • Expert knowledge of marketing campaign and localization workflows, with a deep understanding of the creative and production process for video (trailers, TV spots, social creative), print/OOH, and digital materials.
  • Fluent in video and digital types and formats, with an understanding of asset management, servicing, and ad trafficking.
  • High competency and experience managing high-profile campaigns.
  • Knowledgeable about the evolving advertising landscape.
  • Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types with geographically dispersed teams
