That’s why we’re searching for a Manager, Marketing Operations, who can anticipate the potholes before we hit them, streamline the stuff behind the scenes, and make our marketing engine run smoother than a brand-new browser tab.
The Role
This role is for the rare breed who speaks fluent Martech but still knows how to explain things without a glossary. You’ll report to the VP, Growth & Business Intelligence, as part of the Technology team, and serve as the nerve center of our marketing machine; part strategist, part tactician, part fixer.
You know HubSpot inside and out, but you’re not married to it. You’ve probably danced with Salesforce, Marketo, or Pardot too. You get that platforms are tools, not religions. And if there’s a faster, smarter way to do something - especially if it involves AI - you’re the first to raise your hand and test it out.
More than anything, you know how to turn platforms, pixels, plugins, and people into a well-oiled marketing machine.
What You’ll Do
Own the marketing tech stack, with an emphasis on HubSpot: setup, integration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance but always with a platform-agnostic mindset

Manage a CMS (primarily WordPress): update and build pages, maintain plugins, publish content, and handle everything from meta descriptions to module management

Place, QA, and troubleshoot campaign tracking pixels: you know what makes a tag fire (or fail) and can dive into GTM or browser tools to sort it out

Optimize campaign execution: build workflows, automate where possible, and make sure launches are smooth, timely, and drama-free

Monitor and report on performance metrics: build dashboards, track KPIs, and extract actionable insights from the data noise

Maintain database health: segment lists, enforce naming conventions, clean records like a digital librarian -
Support project management via Teamwork (or similar tools): make sure everyone knows what’s happening, when, and why it matters

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Client Services, Media, and Creative to keep everything aligned and humming

Lead QA processes for email, web, and multi-channel campaigns, catching errors before they go live and saving everyone’s inbox from a follow-up apology

Build lead workflows from form to CRM, ensuring that all needed data to create, track and segment leads in a full-funnel environment
Explore and integrate AI-powered tools to drive greater efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and level-up campaign performance, whether it’s data enrichment, predictive analytics, or AI-assisted reporting
What You Bring
5+ years in marketing operations, demand gen, or digital marketing with hands-on experience in HubSpot (and ideally, other platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, or Pardot)

Solid experience with CMS platforms - especially WordPress - and a good grip on content publishing, site structure, and plugin management

Expertise with tools like Zapier, Make or n8n to create workflows to automate repetitive tasks and drive efficiencies

Knowledge of campaign tracking, UTM parameters, and tag/pixel management (via Google Tag Manager or similar)

Strong understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to translate metrics into insights that matter

Familiarity with enterprise-level project management tools (we use Teamwork)

An eye for detail, a nose for inefficiencies, and a mindset that sees QA as a non-negotiable

Excellent communicator who can bridge the gap between marketing and IT, data and design, humans and robots
A curiosity about AI and an eagerness to test and apply emerging tools that enhance your workflows and elevate marketing outcomes
