Responsibilities
Manage all sensitive and complex HR operations throughout the employee life - cycle, covering on - boarding, leave & accommodation handling, compliance, payroll, benefits, and off - boarding
Provides HR support in organizational change initiatives including talent acquisition, communications, terminations, promotions and new hires
Compliance with all current employment laws, guides and advises managers on USA employment law matters
Investigates and resolves a variety of employee relations issues (e.g., EEOC claims, harassment, discrimination, ethics, resolve, etc.)
Partner with HQ and People Business Partners on employee engagement and retention strategies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
Experience of working in a fast - paced, high - scale organization, preferably in the tech, entertainment industry
Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations and HR best practices
Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development
